At Giftdress, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange your item within our policy guidelines.
Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided that it is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original tags and labels attached
We do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service from your local postal provider to ensure the parcel reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Please include the completed returns form enclosed in your original package. If you have misplaced it, email us at service@giftdress.com and we will send you a new one.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days of receiving your return. Card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
If you choose store credit, a digital gift code will be emailed to you once your return is processed.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item within 28 days of receipt, provided it meets our return conditions.
- Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the item.
- You may exchange your item for a different size or product, if it is in stock.
- We offer up to two exchanges per item.
- Return shipping is at your expense, but we cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you.
If your exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to purchase a gift card for the price difference and notify us.
If the exchange item is lower in value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Late Returns
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Our Return Conditions
All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
Returns that are damaged, worn, altered or soiled may be rejected and returned to you.
