Refund for No Delivery
All sellers on Giftdress are required to guarantee their product(s) delivery as soon as possible. Each product page contains the "Estimated Delivery" time-frame, it is a reference time by referring the official website and seller's processing time of the item, most of customers may expect to receive the parcel around this time-frame.
The order's specific "Estimated Delivery" time-frame starts from the time when seller ships out the parcel, once seller upload the tracking number, system will give you a more accurate "Estimated Delivery" time-frame on the order. If you can't receive product in 21 days after order estimated delivery time-frame, you may set up a claim with Giftdress to get the full refund. If you finally got the parcel over the estimated delivery time-frame after you claimed the full refund, we may issue a partial refund as compensation if you keep the parcel, or you can return back for full refund.
The followings are not included in the policy:
Your order did not arrive because you provided the wrong shipping address.
If you request a refund or chargeback from your payment provider (for e.g., your bank or credit card company), you’re not eligible for a refund through.
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller's control. Item(s) did not clear customs, or are delayed due to natural disaster.
If you paid to the seller directly bypass Giftdress.com, we cannot protect your legal rights if the orders with any problems.

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 2-5 dyas for the transaction to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs & Address
We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse.
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

All our international deliveries are handled by 4PX,UPS, FedEx.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Giftdress we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Usually your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse within 24 period. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
